With the Neo-Power Rangers in the past, the Angel Grove of the future is at the mercy of forces of evil. Tommy Jr makes the same decision, his father did, years ago and morphs into action in his weakened state to stop the attack. He calls fourth the Neo-Dragonzord to assist him in his valiant attempt. But it proves too much for him, he begins to feel cold and knows death is closing in on him and won't let him go. Can the Neo-Rangers make it back in time to save his life and their friend from the Grim Reaper himself?
