Character Summary: Zordan was a wise intergalactic sage and a powerful wizard, who fought for the side of good against the forces of evil. He created the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and became a close friend and mentor to them. He treated them like family.
But was ultimately killed as a last resort in-order to defeat evil once and for all by unleashing a powerful energy wave that journeyed across several galaxies purified many villians in its wake, turning them good, while it turned others to dust, a truly noble sacrifice for the greater good.
Zordon's death seemed almost permanent, if it wasn't for his great power that stored a piece of his soul in the original six power coins that Tommy Oliver Sr had collected and was now keeping safe from those who would seek to use their remaining power to increase their own, during the wave of light that spanned the galaxies.
When Tommy Jr inadvertedly re-energized the Green Dragon Power Coin, which sparked the revival of the of other five coins as well and recreating the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers; Zordon was reborn on Earth as a younger version of himself in his late 30s with no memory of who he is or where he came from, while still retaining all his mystical powers.
Once all six power coins are gathered around him with their new owners, Zordon's memory will return to him and will once again help mentor the new Power Rangers alongside side old friends. Until then, Zordon only remembers his name and is about to meet Tommy Jr for the first time, who finds him by chance, drawn to him almost.
