As Tommy Jr's lifeforce starts leaving him, Zordon has no choice but to send the rest of the Power Rangers back to the past, where the Green Candle was first lit and bring it back to the future to release its hold on the Neo-Green Ranger (Tommy Jr). But messing with the timeline could cause even more problems, which could see there very existence erased from the timeline; if the team are not careful, so Jason Sr & Tommy Sr join them on their quest and come face-to-face with their younger selves and the original rangers, which proves emotional even for them.
