As the Neo-Rangers, Tommy Sr & Zordon continue to ponder the mystery surrounding Tommy Jr's miraculous resurrection and what happened to him, after the Green Candle's curse took his life. A new ranger appears in the form of the Neo-White Ranger, wielding the mighty Neo-Tigerzord; a new and improved version of the original zord and Saba, once used by Tommy Sr himself. Confusion and more plague the Neo-Power Rangers. Just who is this new Ranger? And is he friend or a foe?
